Antisocial forces policy

Japan Activation Capital, Inc. declares the following basic policy in order to prevent harm caused by antisocial forces, meaning any group or individual that pursues economic gain through violence, intimidation, or fraudulent means.

• We respond to antisocial forces as an entire organization, and we ensure the safety of the employees who deal with them.
• We maintain close working relationships at all times with external specialist organizations, including the police, organized-crime exclusion centers, and legal counsel.
• We sever all relationships with antisocial forces, including any business relationship, and we reject any unreasonable demand made by them.
• We respond to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces through legal action, in both civil and criminal proceedings.
• We never engage in covert transactions with antisocial forces, and we never provide them with funds.
