Yuri Watanabe is an Executive Director of Japan Activation Capital.

Prior to joining Japan Activation Capital, she was a Director of BofA Securities Japan Co., Ltd. She led the execution team for capital market transactions within the Investment Banking Division.

She started her career at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu as an attorney, where she was engaged in capital markets, M&A, and other corporate matters.

Ms. Watanabe received an LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and a B.A. in Law from The University of Tokyo.
